Summary:

Multiple positions for technical and functional support of all of the system-related needs on Infor M3 ERP.

Major Responsibilities:

* Maintain daily operations and design and engineer system changes;
* Implementation and integration of on-premise wholesale ERP systems to support wholesale businesses;
* Identify new and emerging technologies and enhance existing processes in supporting new and existing business functions;
* Coordinate application development and systems integration due to corporate growth and acquisitions;
* Customer and purchase order management and inventory systems;
* Integration with Manhattan Associates’ warehouse management system;
* Special Projects;
* Other duties may be assigned.

Inside Sales Representative - Enterprise Solutions

ICCG is looking for an ambitious and competitive inside sales representative to join our sales team. We are looking for someone who is both a team player and self-starter. Someone who is driven, business-minded, and not afraid of cold calling and likes to network. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by prospecting new accounts (lead generation, cold calling, and networking)
  • Work on leads submitted by our Marketing team
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients in a professional and effective manner
  • Function as a representative of ICCG at trade shows, events, and partner presentations
  • Motivated by the challenge to meet and exceed targeted levels of sales activities
  • Independently manage time and tasks

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background is desirable
  • 2-3 years of sales/cold-calling experience preferred
  • Experience in selling ERP/PLM software is a plus
  • Passion for technology and possess a high level of integrity
  • Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive approach

Business Developer

The minimum requirements for this position are a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Business Administration, plus a strong background in Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”), BI Software, Salesforce.com and Internet Technology.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Travel is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The Business Developer is responsible for developing a referral network to help increase the client base and developing new sales leads.  The main focus will be the sale of services for ERP systems and consulting service.  S/he will meet ongoing customer service requirements as needed and maintain customer accounts by meeting with current customers bi-annually.  S/he goal will include increasing sales within the assigned territory by making a large volume of sales calls and keeping abreast of industry developments and matters important to our customers through participation in trade shows, industry associations, and industry functions.  S/he will keep abreast of local people, business, and events by staying actively involved in the community, reading local newspapers and business journals, and attending local happenings.  S/he will project a positive image when representing the company to clients and the community.

Business Consultants

Bachelor’s degree (or other educational or experiential equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, two years of experience, and a strong background in ERP, specifically Infor (Lawson) M3 (MOVEX), and business analysis.  Business Consultants must be well-versed in the technological aspects of implementation and have knowledge of general business structure and operations.  The position requires specific, specialized knowledge of the ERP technology.

REQUIREMENTS:

The Business Consultant is responsible for suggesting and implementing methods to improve efficiency and reduce business costs.  S/he will confer with various organizational units within the client site to analyze requirements and identify problems.  Business Consultants will then establish a business plan to improve efficiency and address business concerns.  S/he will study existing information processing systems, evaluate effectiveness, and develop new systems to improve workflow.

Business Consultants prepare workflow charts and diagrams to specify operations to be performed by personnel and conduct studies pertaining to the development of new information systems to meet current and projected needs.  The person in this position will prepare business report and memoranda in order to document development.  Business Consultants perform the aforementioned job duties for clients in a variety of business environments such as Finance, Distribution, Data Warehousing, Manufacturing and various other public and private sector operations.

Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements for this position are a Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering OR a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foreign degree that is equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, in addition to five years of progressive post degree experience. The position requires two years of Enterprise Resource Planning, specifically Infor (Lawson) M3 (MOVEX), and business analysis experience.

Inside Sales Representative

QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements for this position are a Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT-related field, in addition to a minimum of 2-4 years’ of experience in sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To help support our growth, we are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads and for closing business via telephone, electronic mail, Internet or in-person. Responsible for revenue generation via frequent communications within a large and diverse territory assignment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota objectives
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your pipeline; generate leads, (client LOB and IT); closes business via telephone, electronic mail, Internet or in person
  • Prospect corporate leads and self-generated opportunities; validate, qualify and prioritize opportunities
  • Maintain a moderate level of ERP solution expertise and competitive intelligence
  • Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate the sales process
  • Organize and schedule either remote or on site product demos emphasizing service features and benefits, discussing contract terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales orders
